About our temporary staff lanyards

Agency and temporary staff rotate through a workplace far more often than permanent employees, which makes them harder for the rest of the team to recognise on sight. This lanyard solves that. "TEMPORARY" is printed clearly in white on dark green, so permanent staff, management, and security know at a glance who's new or short-term, without needing to check in every time. It comes with a plastic clip for attaching an ID card or badge holder, and a health and safety breakaway fitted as standard, releasing safely if it's ever caught or pulled.

Why Temporary Staff Need Their Own Colour

These lanyards are important for access and security as much as for recognition. Temp and agency workers often have different site access than permanent staff, with certain areas off-limits and different supervision requirements, and a lanyard that flags someone as temporary at a glance makes those distinctions easier to enforce consistently, especially on a site where staff turnover is high and not everyone knows every face.

Identify your agency staff with durable agency temp lanyards. We also stock staff lanyards, ID card holders and more. Explore our ID cards and consumables and enjoy free UK delivery on orders over £150.
