EasyBadge Ribbons

EasyBadge ribbons are the print consumables that load into EasyBadge 1.0 and 2.0 ID card printers. Each ribbon is matched to a specific printer version and a specific job. Get the pairing right and you avoid a ribbon that won't fit the machine and a print run that runs out halfway through a batch of staff cards. Which one you need comes down to the printer you run, what you're printing and how many cards you want per roll.

The EasyBadge 1.0 black monochrome printer ribbon is part 659353. It prints text, barcodes and logos in single colour and runs to 1,200 images, which suits high-volume text-only cards. Full colour photo ID on the EasyBadge 2.0 uses the YMCKO five-panel ribbon, part 653075. It lays down yellow, magenta and cyan alongside a black panel and a clear overcoat, giving around 100 finished cards per roll. The YMCFKO six-panel UV ribbon adds a fluorescent panel that only shows under ultraviolet light and prints roughly 200 cards. It comes in both versions: 659339 for the EasyBadge 1.0 and 653074 for the EasyBadge 2.0.

The monochrome roll suits large runs of plain cards. The YMCKO five-panel ribbon covers photo passes. The UV ribbons suit sites that want an anti-forgery check on every card.
