Zebra Cleaning Kits

Zebra cleaning kits keep a Zebra ID card printer running the way it did when it was new, clearing the dust, card debris and adhesive residue that build up on the rollers and printhead every time you print a batch. Regular cleaning is the cheapest thing you can do to protect a printhead that costs far more to replace. It also keeps cards free of streaks and dropouts.

The cleaning cards are CR80, the standard credit card size at 85.6 x 54mm, so they feed through like a blank card and lift residue off the internal rollers as they go.

Kits are matched to specific printer families. The Zebra ZC Cleaning Kit is built for the ZC platform and the Zebra ZXP Series 3 Cleaning Kit for ZXP Series 3, while the Zebra ZXP 8 Cleaning Kit covers the print station and the laminator.

Adhesive cleaning rollers come as a 5 pack for the P330i, ZXP 7 and ZXP 8. Part 105912-003 also covers Zebra printers. Complete cleaning cartridges run by model: P330i, P640i and P720 (part 105926-055), plus a Complete Cleaning Cartridge for Zebra Printers if your model is not listed separately.

If you run a single reception printer, ID Printer Maintenance Cleaning Cards and the right kit for your model will usually cover you.
