At 250 images, the 534700-001-R010 is £50.25 and the 534000-002 is £92.75. At 500 images, the 534700-004-R010 is £92.00 and the 534000-003 is £160.50. The KT Black ribbon (534000-005) prints black text with a protective topcoat for 1000 images.

Higher yields suit larger runs, so the ribbon you pick usually follows your monthly card volume. Monochrome black works well for staff passes and visitor badges where colour is not needed. The 250-image colour ribbons suit smaller batches or occasional printing. The 500-image colour and 1000-image KT ribbons mean fewer changeovers and a slightly lower cost per card on regular work.
