Swiftpro Ribbons

Swiftpro ribbons and retransfer film are the consumables that put images onto your ID cards. They are matched to Swiftpro retransfer card printers, so colours land cleanly and the print sits under a protective layer.

Which Swiftpro ribbon you need comes down to what you print. The 7710006182 monochrome black ribbon suits names, dates and barcodes where colour adds nothing to the job. For photo ID and coloured logos, the 7710006156 YMCKK full colour ribbon carries the standard yellow, magenta, cyan and two black panels. The 7710006158 full colour UV ribbon adds an ultraviolet panel for print that only shows under UV light. The 7710006155 set combines a YMCK ribbon, the same colour panels with a single black, with retransfer film in one purchase. Retransfer printing uses film as well as ribbon, so the 7710006159 retransfer film is stocked on its own for topping up between ribbon changes.
