ECP Event Card Printers

ECP event card printers produce visitor passes, conference badges and delegate cards on site, so you can print and issue them at the desk as people arrive. They suit any event where you need a professional card in hand quickly, whether that is a single registration desk or a busy multi-day venue.

The models differ only by card format. Every one runs at up to 180 full-colour or 1,400 monochrome cards per hour at 300dpi dye-sublimation. Each has a 100-card input hopper, a 50-card output tray and plug-and-play drivers for Windows and macOS.

The CX ECP-XT (£1,645) is the event badge printer for lanyards. It prints extra-long cards up to 54mm x 140mm, the tall portrait shape most lanyard badges use. The CX ECP-XL (£4,990) personalises pre-printed XXL cards of 88 x 124mm or 88 x 140mm, with three printing positions within a 54 x 86mm workable area. It will print both sides if you rotate the card by hand. The CX ECP-CR100 (£5,500) takes CR100 stock up to 98mm x 67mm and prints an 86 x 54mm area.

The CX ECP-XL and CX ECP-CR100 earn their higher price on the oversized formats they accept. Both take card thicknesses of 0.25mm to 1.0mm and carry a two-year warranty.
