Evolis Cleaning Kits

Evolis cleaning kits are the consumables that keep an Evolis card printer running properly. They clear the dust, debris and adhesive residue that build up on print heads, rollers and card paths and show as marks or lines on cards. Regular cleaning protects print quality and extends the life of a print head, one of the more expensive parts to replace.

The right kit depends on the part of the printer you are cleaning. Evolis T card cleaning kits run through the printer and clear the card path and rollers in a single pass, on their own as ACL004 or bundled with a pen as ACL008. A cleaning pen gets into the print head where a card cannot reach, either the Cleaning Pen Kit ACL005 or the HeadClean kit A5003. DustClean A5004 deals with dust. Adhesive cleaning cards give a stickier lift, with kit ACL003 for Evolis printers and ACL006 supplied as a pack of 5 for Avansia. The A5070 kit is built for the laminator. Regular ACL001, Advanced ACL002 and PrinterClean A5002 bundle several of these together for routine servicing. UltraClean is the lower-cost kit if you want cleaning covered.

A small office printing a few cards a week is well served by a pen kit or cleaning cards, while a bureau running large batches gets more from the Regular or Advanced kits and multi-pack adhesive cards.
