Zebra ZC100 Ribbons

Every ribbon on this page is a genuine Zebra ribbon for the ZC100 card printer. Each one also fits the Zebra ZC300, so one roll covers both machines. The choice is between a monochrome ribbon for single-colour printing and the YMCKO colour ribbon for photo ID and full-colour logos.

The black ribbon, part 800300-301EM, prints 2000 images at GBP 16.25 and is the workhorse for plain text and barcode cards on high-volume staff and visitor passes. Red and blue monochrome ribbons (800300-302 and 800300-304) each print 1500 images at GBP 25.70 and work well for colour-coding access levels or departments. The YMCKO colour ribbon (800300-250EM, GBP 26.20) lays down yellow, magenta, cyan, a black panel and a clear overlay in a single pass, so pick it when the card carries a face or a full-colour brand.

The white ribbon (800300-309EM, GBP 26.70) prints onto dark or coloured cards. Gold and silver ribbons (800300-306 and 800300-307) cost GBP 57.70 each for a metallic finish. White, gold and silver all come on 1500-image rolls and suit premium membership cards or dark card stock.

Those image counts are roughly how many cards a roll runs before it needs changing, 2000 for black and 1500 for red, blue, white, gold and silver. Ask us for the YMCKO yield before a long run.
