These are the genuine Datacard printheads and cleaning consumables for SD and SP series card printers. Cleaning pens, cleaner spindles, cleaning card kits and adhesive sleeve cleaning kits handle routine printer cleaning, while printhead assemblies cover the part most likely to need replacing after heavy use.

Some cleaning items are tied to a particular range. The Datacard cleaner spindle for the SP range is part number 551148-001; the SD range has its own separate spindle. The Datacard cleaning card kit is part 552141-002 and the adhesive sleeve cleaning kit is 569946-001. There is a laminator cleaning card kit as well. Each one targets a different part of the print and lamination path.

Printheads are model-specific too. The monochrome printhead assembly for the Datacard SP35 and SP55 is part 569110-998. The colour printhead for the SD260 and SD360 is 546504-999; for the SP25 it is 568320-997. A further colour printhead assembly covers the SP35, SP55 and SP75. The SP35 and SP55 appear on both printhead lists, so choose according to whether you are replacing a monochrome or a colour head. Check the number on the existing printhead before you order.
