ID Card Holders & Badge Holders

Plastic ID card holders keep staff passes, visitor badges and access cards clean, readable and on show. We stock ID card holders and badge holders for every kind of pass, from rigid holders for everyday staff ID to flexible wallets for paper visitor passes.

Rigid ID card holders

For staff ID cards in daily use, a rigid badge holder lasts longest. Open faced holders come in a range of colours to match your branding, single or double sided, in landscape or portrait. Enclosed holders are clear on both faces and protect the front of the card from scratches. Our most hard-wearing is the enclosed Badge Buddy holder, made from polycarbonate. For magnetic stripe readers, the rigid half-badge holder leaves the stripe free to swipe. See also Evohold open faced card holders and lockable badge holders.

Flexible badge holders and pass wallets

For visitor passes and conferences, flexible card holders and pouches run from credit card size up to A6. Some ranges have coloured tops for a quick visual check of which passes have been issued.

Wearing your card holder

All our badge holders work with lanyards, retractable badge reels and clips and pins. For security guards and door staff we recommend an armband badge holder rather than a lanyard.
