Printer Accessories

Most people land here for a replacement ID card printer printhead. The model number decides which one. Printheads, encoding kits, cleaning kits, upgrades and an input hopper for Datacard, Evolis, Magicard, Zebra, Matica and Swiftcolor.

Datacard colour printhead assemblies cover the SP25 (568320-997), SP35/SP55/SP75 and SD260/SD360 (546504-999), plus a monochrome assembly for the SP35/SP55 (569110-998). Magicard printheads split across the Alto/Opera/Tempo, Rio 1/Tango 1, Rio 2/Tango 2/Tango + L/Avalon, Pronto, Rio Pro, Rio Pro/Enduro and the 300 and 600. Evolis has the S10084 colour printhead for Zenius and Primacy. Zebra has the ZXP Series 3 head and assembly 105909-112, Swiftcolor the 4G8-0025-000 assembly. Several Magicard heads look alike and fit only one family, so check the code on the old head first.

Evolis encoding kits retrofit encoding to a card printer already in service: S10108 for magnetic ISO stripe, S10281 Elyctis Smart, S10169 Elyctis Dual, S10280 OMNIKEY 5122 Dual, S10170 SpringCard Crazy Writer HSP and the SpringCard Crazy Writer S10111. Tell us your reader technology and we will confirm the match. Also here: the S10212 card lamination module and the S10388 input hopper, holding 200 cards.

Cleaning kits cover the Evolis Adhesive Card Cleaning Kit ACL003, the Matica MC660 chromXpert Diamond Line kit (PR09209001) and the Zebra ZXP 8 print station and laminator kit, plus the Swiftcolor MC-01 maintenance cartridge pack. Magicard owners also have the Enduro+ Ethernet upgrade, the Rio Pro and Enduro double-sided upgrade (3633-0052) and the Rio Pro Holokote key.
