Evolis Ribbons

Evolis printer ribbons load into an Evolis card printer and print onto blank plastic cards. The choice comes down to the panel set, the prints per roll and whether the card needs a laminate on top.

For the Primacy 2, the colour ribbons run YMCKO at 300 images (N5F208E100) or YMCKOK at 200 images for colour front and black back (R6F203E100). YMCKOKO gives 250 images (R7H206NAAA) and the half-panel YMCKO 400 images (R5H204E100) for photo-only colour. A KO black ribbon with overlay gives 600 images (R2F210NAAA). Every Primacy 2 ribbon has an Easy4Pro version at the same print count and price, with an N part code in place of the R, so N6F203E100 does the job of R6F203E100. The monochrome ribbons in this range are gold (R2016 and RCT016NAA) and silver (RCT017NAA).

The Evolis Agilia takes YMCK (RT4F101E100) or YMCKK (RT5F102E100) at 600 prints, alongside retransfer film RTCL100NAAA at 1200 prints.

Evolis laminates are sold by thickness and cut. Patch laminates give 600 prints in 0.5mil (LPS032NAA), 0.6mil hologram (LPS033NAA) and 1.0mil (LPS028NAA), with smart cut, mag cut and full cut versions for chip and mag stripe cards (LPS030NAA, LPA047NAA, LPA048NAA, LPA049NAA). Continuous varnish stretches to 1200 prints, clear (LVA038NAA) or holographic (LVA036NAA).

All of these print onto standard CR80 cards, credit card size at 85.6 x 54mm. Part codes tie each ribbon to the printer it belongs in, so check yours before ordering. Tell us your printer model and we'll point you to the right roll. If you can't see what you need, Plastic ID will source it.
