How It Works

Badgy 200 installs and runs like a standard office printer. Cards load into the feeder and come out through the output hopper, both at the front of the printer, so there's nothing awkward to thread through or configure. Ribbons click into place and are automatically recognised, no manual setup required. Evolis Badge Studio software comes included, giving you a working design tool from the moment it's set up, and a free template library is also available online if you'd rather start from a ready-made design than build one from scratch.

Speed and Capacity

The Badgy 200 prints up to 95 colour cards per hour, or a single card in around 38 seconds, at 300 dpi resolution. The input feeder and output hopper each hold 25 cards. They're sized for printing on demand and small batches rather than running large overnight batches; load what you need, print it, and top up again for the next run.
