About These Lanyards

This 15mm blue lanyard with "STAFF" printed on it in white comes with a plastic J clip on the end for clipping on an ID card holder or an ID badge. It's got a safety breakaway fitted too; that's the bit at the back that lets go if it ever gets caught on something, then just clips straight back together, so nobody's getting yanked about if it snags on a door handle. It's nice and comfortable for a full shift thanks to the thickness too, so your staff won't mind wearing it all day long.

Why People Go for Blue

Blue is widely associated with calm, trust, and cleanliness, so it's excellent in offices, shops and healthcare settings, or anywhere patients or visitors might feel anxious.

Blue also has strong contrast against skin tones, meaning these lanyards stand out really clearly and it's one of the more distinguishable colours for most forms of colour blindness, which makes it a safe choice for ID card holders, lanyards, wristbands and even signage.

It's also handy if you're running different lanyards for different people on site, say your visitors are in red and your staff are in blue. Everyone can tell who's who at a glance, which sounds simple, but it genuinely saves a lot of "sorry, are you with the company?" conversations throughout the day.
