Speed and Card Handling
Single-sided, it prints up to 225 full-colour cards an hour and 1,000 monochrome cards at 300dpi, edge-to-edge. The dual-sided version manages up to 150 full-colour cards an hour, or 500 in monochrome, printing both sides in the same pass. A completely reworked card hopper keeps a badging programme running smoothly rather than needing constant attention, and it handles more than standard photo ID, with employee badges, membership cards, gift cards and loyalty cards all possible.
Built-In Security
AES data encryption protects card data as it's sent to the printer, and printer-to-host authentication stops unauthorised devices sending print jobs to it over a network. A Kensington lock point on the printer cover protects both the printer and any card stock or rejected cards inside it from being taken, which is useful when it's sitting in a public-facing space rather than a locked office.
Encoding and Connectivity
Magnetic stripe encoding (high and low coercivity) and contactless encoding are both available, so the ZC350 can produce access control cards alongside standard photo ID. USB and Ethernet come as standard, and it's built for easy integration, with an SDK available for custom applications if your organisation needs one.
Day-to-Day Use
An on-screen preview shows your design before it prints, cutting out the need for physical test cards. Saloon-style output doors and easy-change ribbons make daily operation straightforward, and the ZC350's compact size means it fits easily on a counter in retail, leisure, or hospitalit..
