Zebra P310i Ribbons

The Zebra P310i card printer takes 800015 series ribbons. Every ribbon on this page is a genuine Zebra 800015 part matched to that printer. The choice comes down to what you print and how hard the card gets used.

Full colour printing on the P310i comes from one ribbon here, the 1/2 panel YMC full panel KO (800015-547): half-width yellow, magenta and cyan panels for the photo area, then full-width black and overlay for text, barcodes and the protective coat. The greyscale dye sublimation option is the KdO black dye ribbon with overlay (800015-450), smooth tones under a clear coat for greyscale photo ID.

Monochrome P310i ribbons print one colour across the whole roll. Premium Black (800015-501) covers everyday text and barcodes. Black resin comes in a 1,000 image (800015-101) or 1,500 image (800015-301) yield, resin being the harder, more scratch-resistant finish for cards that live on a lanyard. Single-colour rolls also come in red (800015-102), blue (800015-104), gold (800015-106) and silver (800015-107). For security work there is a grey scratch-off panel ribbon (800015-185) and the KrO black resin with overlay (800015-460).

Pick black resin for staff passes that take daily wear. A coloured monochrome roll suits branding or department coding. Go for the scratch-off or overlay ribbons where the finish needs to be tamper-evident or hard-wearing. Gold stock is limited. If you are unsure which 800015 ribbon your P310i takes, the Plastic ID team will confirm it before you order.
