The 100-card input and output hoppers handle a full batch without reloading mid-run. The card feeder automatically adjusts to the thickness of each card up to 40 mil, so switching between standard 30 mil PVC cards and thicker composite stock requires no manual recalibration. Each Zebra printer ribbon comes pre-loaded in a cartridge that auto-calibrates when it’s loaded, so ribbon changes are quick. The ZC300 is designed to work only with genuine Zebra ribbons.

CardStudio 2.0 Standard is included as a physical licence key. It covers card design, database-linked field printing with internal database and Excel/CSV import, and barcode generation, so a team can build and print a card template from scratch without needing separate design software.
