The Entrust Datacard Sigma DS2 printer is designed to fit in with today’s commonly used cloud-based environment. With flexible scalability allowing growth and additions, this ID card printer is easy to use and offers high level security features. You can print on demand with your mobile device.
Built for ease of use, the Sigma DS2 ID card printer features a simple mobile dashboard so you can view the printer’s status and cleaning status, see whether you need to order supplies, or update the firmware or get help. You can also scan a QR code to access how-to videos and other helpful resources.
With pre-loaded ribbon cassettes, changing the ribbon in the Entrust Datacard Sigma DS2 ID card printer couldn’t be easier. You can also customise the LCD ring light with your brand’s colours to fit in with your environment.
Featuring a secure process that prevents the printer’s internal system being infected by malware or computer viruses, the Sigma DS1 also internally manages it’s own keys and certificates. All data is securely encrypted and discarded after the print job has finished, meaning all your sensitive information is kept safe.
There are also other available security features, such as luster printing, which can also be used for creative effect.
For true flexibility, the Sigma DS12 allows for full scalability at any point. Expand your company’s identity credentials at any time by adding smart card capabilities, wi-fi connectivity, and much more.
